Welcome to our little home on the web. I'm Amanda, Mom to a wonderful daughter (July 96) and son (July 99). We practice Attachment parenting, Natural or Intuitive parenting. 

We were very discouraged with today's more modern approach to parenting and living and thus our journey began. We've started listening to ourselves and our children, truly. I believe we all know what our children truly need from us as parents. If only we would listen, hear with our hearts, and respect our children more. Parenting has been a journey from within for us which has also made us question other aspects of our lives as well. We are involved, alternative parents and are proud of this fact!

We believe children thrive in nurturing environments, we also believe in fostering a deep attachment with our children. We believe that bringing children into this world in a healthy, non intrusive, gentle way is at the very core of our philosophies. We are committed to our family deeply and utilize our intuition greatly. 

You could say we are on a journey. We explore alternative methods of parenting, living and being. We continue to grow and learn, and thus our journey will not end here. Come on in and take a look around!
